Instructions

Peel the onion, dice it finely and sweat it in the hot oil. Add the spinach and defrost over medium heat. The turmeric can be added straight away.
Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add to the defrosted spinach, mix everything together and season to taste. I serve with rice.
