Ingredients

  • 250 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 cloves garlic)

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen spinach.
  2. Finely dice the onions and mash the garlic. Fry the ham in heated oil. Add spinach, onions and garlic and sauté. Mix in the cream cheese and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Divide the spinach mixture in a greased muffin tin into 6 wells and make a small indentation in the middle. Beat the eggs one after the other and place 1 egg in the center of the recess. Season with a little salt and pepper and cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
