Ingredients

  • 1 point spinach (creamed spinach, 500 g, frozen)
  • 1 sachet rice
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 onion (s)
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and fry in the pan. Add the minced meat and fry as well. In the meantime, cook the rice. When the minced meat is done, stir in the creamed spinach. Season with salt, pepper and 2 splashes of Tabasco. Stir in the finished rice and serve.
