Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 400 g flour
  • 100 g semolina, durum wheat
  • 1 cube yeast, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, or honey

For covering:

  • 1 packet spinach, (creamed spinach) 450g thawed
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, 200g
  • 3 tablespoon almond (s), ground
  • 100 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Make a yeast dough from the first 6 ingredients and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet, let rise again briefly. Spread the cream cheese on top and sprinkle with the almonds. Cut the feta into small cubes and spread over the cream cheese mixture with the spinach. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven to 250 degrees top and bottom heat for about 15 minutes on the lowest rack.
