Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti
  • 200 g salmon
  • 100 g spinach, frozen
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon wine, white
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • Broth, grainy, clear
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti as usual.
  2. Cut the salmon into small cubes. Thaw the frozen spinach (see package instructions), then add the cream, the salmon cubes, the processed cheese and the wine, simmer briefly. Season to taste with the clear broth, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, bring to the boil and serve immediately.
