Ingredients
For the ground:
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 250 g creamed spinach
- Grease for the tin
- Flour, handy for the tray
For covering:
- 1 jar jam (raspberry or strawberry jam)
- 1 packet QimiQ (vanilla flavor)
- 2 cups whipped cream
- sugar
- some rum

- Mix 4 eggs, the vanilla sugar and the sugar until frothy. Keep stirring, add the spinach and oil. Mix the flour with the baking powder, fold in.
- Bake on a greased and floured baking sheet at 160 ° C for about 25 minutes. Use flour for the baking tray so that the bottom can loosen better!
- Let the bottom cool down. Cut away the edges and crumble. The crumbs will later be used as crumbles!
- Meanwhile whip the whipped cream with sugar until stiff. Stir the QimiQ with the rum until creamy and fold in the whipped cream.
- Brush the base with the red jam, spread the cream on top and sprinkle with the crumble. Keep cool but dry until serving!
