Ingredients

  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Peach – 1 pc.
  • Spinach – 1 large bunch
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Raspberries – 100 g
  • Water – 50 ml

Directions

  1. Chop an apple, peach, half a spinach put it in a blender bowl, add water. We grind everything well.
  2. Spinach smoothie with apple and peach is ready. The taste is fresh, slightly sweet, with a slight sourness. We are preparing for another option. Chop the banana and the remaining spinach. We send it to the blender bowl, add the raspberries.
  3. We interrupt everything well with a blender. Spinach smoothie with banana and raspberries is ready. Be sure to add spinach to your diet, it will replenish the body with vitamins and minerals. Spinach perfectly cleanses the body of harmful substances. Cook with pleasure and love!
