- Wash and dry the fresh spinach thoroughly, remove the stems. Peel and cut the banana into small pieces.
- Place the spinach leaves in a blender bowl. Add banana slices and honey. Squeeze juice from the lemon (2 tablespoons) and add to the blender bowl as well.
- Whisk on high speed for about 1-2 minutes, until smooth. Pour in milk. Beat for about 1-1.5 minutes more, until smooth.
