Spinach smoothie is a refreshing and healthy breakfast drink that will always come in handy. This spinach, banana, and orange drink is much healthier than juices as it also contains pulp.

Ingredients
Spinach – 7-9 leaves
Orange – 1 pc.
Banana – 2 pcs.
Mineral water (purified, still) – 100 ml
Directions
Wash the orange, cut in half, and squeeze the juice.
Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
The spinach leaves should be washed, dried, and cut into medium-sized pieces.
Pour orange juice and water into a blender, add spinach leaves, chopped bananas. Beat at low speed first. While gradually increasing the speed, beat for 1 minute.
Pour the ready-made spinach, banana, and orange smoothie in portions into glasses, decorate with orange slices, and serve the drink to the table.
