Ingredients

  • 3 ½ kg spinach, fresher
  • 150 g raisins
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g pine nuts
  • salt
  • Pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Sort and clean the spinach. Wash well and blanch in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Put in a sieve, drain and squeeze out.
  2. Soak the raisins in lukewarm water for 30 minutes, then drain the water and drain the raisins.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly toast the pine nuts. Add the raisins, stir and then add the spinach. Mix everything together well, season with salt and pepper.
  4. As soon as the spinach is hot, serve in the pan.
