Ingredients
- 3 ½ kg spinach, fresher
- 150 g raisins
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 g pine nuts
- salt
- Pepper, black

- Sort and clean the spinach. Wash well and blanch in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Put in a sieve, drain and squeeze out.
- Soak the raisins in lukewarm water for 30 minutes, then drain the water and drain the raisins.
- Heat the oil in a pan and lightly toast the pine nuts. Add the raisins, stir and then add the spinach. Mix everything together well, season with salt and pepper.
- As soon as the spinach is hot, serve in the pan.
