Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • possibly chocolate sprinkles or cocoa

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter with half of the sugar until frothy, then alternately mix the egg yolks and the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar with the fat and sugar mixture.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir half of it into the mixture, then add the milk and stir in the rest of the flour.
  3. You can bake the cake as a simple sponge cake, add chocolate sprinkles, put cocoa in half of the dough and then make a marble cake out of it, with lemon juice and grated lemon zest as a lemon cake. With this cake you really have a free choice.
  4. Then put the dough in the greased dish you want and bake for about 50 minutes at 180 ° C.
