  1. Prepare the ingredients for making the biscuit.

  2. Fry peanuts a little in a dry frying pan.
  3. Grind the nuts in a blender.
  4. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  5. Whisk egg whites until soft peaks.
  6. Gradually adding sugar, continue beating the whites until a thick, dense, stable consistency is obtained.
  7. Add yolks.
  8. Whisk the egg whites and yolks again.
  9. Add baking soda, quenched with lemon juice or vinegar. Add flour gradually.
  10. Mix the dough gently with a spatula.
  11. Add chopped peanuts and stir the dough again.
  12. Place the dough in a baking paper dish and place it in the oven preheated to 160-165 degrees.
  13. The dia of my mold is 20 cm.
  14. Bake the biscuit for 35-40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick. When piercing the biscuit, it must remain dry.

  15. The peanut sponge cake is ready. Let it cool and remove from the mold.
  16. Cut the peanut sponge cake into portions and serve.
