Ingredients

  • 250 g mararine
  • 200 g suar, 4 es
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 500g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

For the sprinkles:

  • 350 g flour
  • 200 g mararine
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

For covering:

  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 1 ½ kg plum (s) (plums)
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine and sugar with a pinch of salt until frothy. Add the eggs. Quickly stir in the flour and baking powder. Cook pudding as directed. Spread the pudding on the dough. Put the plums (pitted) in the pudding. Spread the crumble on the fruit.
  2. Bake at 175 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  3. You can also use other fruits.
