Sponge Roll with Strawberries

A very quick and easy dessert – biscuit roll with strawberries and butter cream.

- Prepare the ingredients for the strawberry biscuit roll. Separate the whites from the yolks.
- How to make a biscuit roll with strawberries: Beat the whites until fluffy, gradually adding sugar (30 g).
- Combine the yolks with sugar (20 g) and two types of sifted flour.
- Beat with a mixer.
- Add 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of whipped whites to the yolks and mix. Then beat with a mixer.
- Add the rest of the proteins and mix with a spoon (no need to beat with a mixer!).
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Put the finished dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake the biscuit for 25 minutes.
- Cool the finished biscuit.
- Chop the strawberries.
- Beat the cream and sugar with a mixer.
- Turn the chilled biscuit over and brush with butter.
- Lay out a row of strawberries and tuck the roll once.
- Lay out another row of berries and wrap again.
- Repeating the previous manipulations, twist the roll to the end. Put the biscuit roll with strawberries in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Cut the roll into portions.
- Biscuit roll with strawberries is ready. Have a nice tea!
