Sponge Strawberry Cake

What could be sweeter and tastier than strawberry cake? For me, this is the best dessert for any occasion. Children especially love him. Everyone loves fresh strawberries.

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Strawberry – 500 Grams
  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Sugar – 125 Grams
  • Flour – 75 Grams
  • Dry bread crumbs – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Powdered sugar – 1.5 Art. spoons
  • Milk – 300 Milliliters
  • Starch – 2 Art. spoons
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 Tbsp the spoon
  • Butter – 20 Grams
  • Fresh berries for decoration – 300 Grams
  • Whipped Cream – 200 Milliliters

Directions

  1. Cooking the dough for a biscuit. We put two eggs with sugar (75 g) in a water bath. Constantly stirring, we must dissolve the sugar. Then remove the mass and beat well with a mixer.
  2. Pour in the sifted flour and baking powder. Pour into a baking dish, greased with oil and sprinkled with crumbs. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  3. Preparing the cream. Beat the egg, milk, icing sugar, butter, starch. Then we put everything on the stove and heat it until it starts to boil completely. Remove from heat immediately, add vanilla sugar and set to cool.
  4. Now let’s get down to stuffing. Grind 500 g of strawberries with the remaining sugar in a blender.
  5. It remains to collect the cake. Cut the biscuit in half. We coat one layer of puree and cream.
  6. Place the second layer on it and do the same.
  7. Decorate the cake with berries and cream. We put on 20 minutes. in the refrigerator so that everything is “held together”. If it is possible to keep the cake in the fridge longer, this is only a plus.
