- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices onion (s), red
- 4 slices beefsteak tomato (s)
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 12 slices pickle (s)
- 400 g shrimp (s)
- 2 tablespoon onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon celery
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ parsley
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ onion powder
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ garlic powder
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Dijon mustard
- Ketchup

- Sweat the chopped onion together with the chopped celery, then add the thyme and fry briefly until the onion is translucent.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the parsley, oregano, onion powder and garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.
