Ingredients

  • 150 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
  • 50 g honeydew melon (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ banana (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ flat peach (e)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a tall beaker and mix with the hand blender or mixer. The peach can also be peeled beforehand if you are bothered by the fine pieces of peel in the shake.
  2. You can change the types of fruit depending on the season or your appetite. The plant milk and the peanut butter can also be exchanged if you like. For a chocolate note, simply add baking cocoa to taste.
