Bread – 2 slices
Salted sprat – 4-5 pcs.
Chicken egg – 1 pc.
Butter – 30 g
Green onion – 1 pc.
Lemon – 2 slices
Ground black pepper or a mixture of peppers – to taste

Instructions

Ingredients for making sprat and egg sandwiches.
Chop the green onion finely and mix with the butter (leave a little onion to decorate the sandwiches).
Spread the slices of bread with butter.
Peel the sprat.
Put the sprat fillet on the bread and butter.
Boil the egg for 4 minutes after boiling. The yolk of the egg should remain liquid, but not leak.
Peel the boiled egg and cut it in half.
Place the egg halves on the sandwiches, sprinkle with chopped green onions and ground pepper. Decorate the sandwiches with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
Delicious sandwiches with sprat and egg are ready.
