Sprat Sandwiches

An excellent snack option for both a festive table and a regular dinner. The main ingredient of these sandwiches is sprats, which are laid out on a base of egg puree with green onions.

Cook: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • Sprats – 150 g
  • Bread – 15 slices
  • Green onions – 1 pc.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sunflower oil – 3 tablespoon.
  • Lettuce leaves (for serving) – at the bottom of the plate

Directions

  1. Cut a loaf of bread in half, cut into portions. Fry slices of bread in a frying pan with sunflower oil on each side, until browning.
  2. Cut the egg and green onions into arbitrary pieces.
  3. We send it to the blender. Add a teaspoon of sunflower oil (optional, if it is fresh for you, salt and pepper), beat.
  4. It turns out there is such a puree.
  5. Lubricate each slice of bread with the resulting mass, put on sprat on top. We spread the sandwiches on the lettuce leaves.
