Sprats and Kiwi Sandwiches

Sandwiches with sprats, smoked cream cheese, and kiwi are a very original appetizer. Looks beautiful on a festive table!

Ingredients

  • Baton – 6 slices
  • Sprats in oil – 6 pcs.
  • Processed cheese – 30 g
  • Kiwi – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove

Directions

  1. Ingredients for the sauce. Squeeze out a clove of garlic with a garlic press. If you like garlic, you can add more. Mix with mayonnaise.
  2. Grate the processed cheese. You can grate on finely, however you like.
  3. Mix cheese with garlic sauce.
  4. Cut the loaf into slices of approximately the same thickness.
  5. Now they should be dried a little in a frying pan, in an oven or in a toaster.
  6. The slices should be well browned. It will take about 10 minutes.
  7. Peel the top layer of inedible kiwi. Cut the fruit into thin slices.
  8. Spread the slices with the prepared mass.
  9. Place the sprat on top.
  10. Decorate with kiwi.
