Ingredients

  • 150 g lentils, red
  • 300 ml water
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ leek stick (s)
  • 300 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon hemp oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots and leek into pieces.
  2. Put the lentils in a saucepan with 300 ml water and bring to the boil. Add the leek and carrots and simmer for about 10 minutes. Let cool down.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and puree everything.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
