Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s), green
  • 250 g meat sausae
  • 200 g cheese (Edam)
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 2 spring onion (s)

For the dressing:

  • 6 tablespoon broth
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Quarter the cucumber and sausage lengthways and cut into slices. Cut the cheese into sticks and the radishes into quarters. Spring onions in rings. Mix the ingredients for the dressing together. (I use the mixer for this). Mix everything loosely in a bowl and leave to stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Hearty bread goes well with it
