Instructions

  1. Clean the spring onions, cut off the green after about 10-15 cm and cut the onions into pieces of about 8 cm. Sweat in 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, add salt, put the lid on.
  2. After a few minutes, add a little water if necessary. Finally, pour 1 teaspoon of brown sugar over it, let simmer again for a few minutes.
