- 1 glass mayonnaise (preferably Miracel Whip)
- 1 glass carrot (s)
- 1 glass celery
- 3 pickled cucumber (s)
- 2 apples
- 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 5 jacket potato (s), cold
- 250 g meat sausae

- Drain the carrots and celery well on a sieve and then cut them a little smaller. Cut cucumbers, apples, cold jacket potatoes (possibly leftovers from the previous day) and meat sausage into not too small cubes (you should recognize the ingredients).
- Put Miracel Whip in a bowl, stir in the finely chopped boiled eggs and add all other ingredients. Mix well and let steep for a few hours.
- We like the salad on warm days with fresh baguette as a main meal, but it has also enriched numerous barbecues and other celebrations as a side dish.
