Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 500 g radishes
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 box cress
  • 4 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 10 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins. Clean the lettuce, wash it, shake it dry and pluck it into bite-sized pieces. Cut the washed, cleaned radishes into slices. Chop the chives, cut off the cress. Hard boil the eggs.
  2. Mix a dressing of mustard, white wine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl and season to taste.
  3. When the potatoes are done, drain them and let them evaporate briefly, meanwhile fry the sliced bacon in a pan until crispy.
  4. Peel and slice the potatoes and add to the bowl with the dressing. Peel the eggs, cut them into slices and add them. Add the lettuce and radishes, mix everything carefully and season to taste. Sprinkle the bacon, chives and cress on top and serve.
