Squid Ceviche with Shrimps

by Editorial Staff

Ceviche Mixto de camaron y calamari (Spanish) is an obvious seafood dish, like many other Ecuadorian dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg shrimp
  • a pound of squid
  • 2 onions (again indicated red, but I do not have them, so in the photo as it is)
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • lemon juice
  • orange juice (both juices is regulated)
  • a teaspoon of tomato paste
  • a pinch of coriander
  • salt
  • vegetable oil
  • greens (I never found what kind of greens in the recipes, although in all the demonstrative photos there is and a friend said something wrong without greens, added parsley)

Directions

  1. Boil the shrimps (after boiling, 2-4 minutes, small, 5-7 royal)
  2. Boil the squids (in boiling water for 15-20 seconds – ideal). The main thing is to pull it out in time, as they say. Well, so as not to be tough.
  3. Cut the squid into strips, peel the shrimp.
  4. In the meantime, soak the onion in water and salt for 10 minutes. Then get it out and …
  5. Mix the whole thing from the recipe (I forgot about the tomatoes – they are also in strips.)

Enjoy your meal!
