Ingredients

  • 1 large squid (s)
  • 1 packet bacon
  • 100 grams flour
  • some olive oil for frying

Moreover:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 stalks parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the calmar into 1 cm wide rings. Halve the bacon slices lengthways and wrap them around the rings. Heat plenty of olive oil in a pan to approx. 160 °, roll the rings in flour and fry them in the oil until crispy. Drain the rolls on paper towels.
  2. Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Add pepper, salt and olive oil and drizzle the mixture over the rolls.
  3. It tastes best warm, but it can also be cold.
