Beef, t-bone steak – 2 Pieces
Thyme – 1 To taste
Rosemary – 1 To taste
Oregano – 1 To taste

Prepare paper towels and wipe the steaks with them.
Fry the steak in a hot frying pan. We fry for about three minutes on both sides.
We warm up the oven to a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees (top-bottom).
Put butter with herbs in a fireproof mold. Let’s cut it into circles.
Now add herbs here: rosemary, thyme, oregano. Season the steak on both sides. We put it in a preheated oven for ten minutes.
Next, take it out of the oven and transfer it to a plate. Serve with butter and herbs. Since the butter is salty, you don’t need to salt the steak. The dish is ready.
