Steak with Barbecue Sauce

by Editorial Staff

Beef steak is grilled in the oven and served with a hot barbecue sauce.

Ingredients

  • Beef steak (tenderloin) – 450 g
  • BBQ sauce – 1 glass
  • Lemon juice – 0.25 cups
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp
  • Celery seeds – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Spicy sauce (hot) – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Garlic (chopped) – 2 cloves
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Switch on the oven with the grill function for preheating. Place a grill tray (ribbed) greased with vegetable oil in the oven.
  2. In a large bowl, combine barbecue sauce, lemon juice, mustard, celery seeds, hot sauce, and garlic. Put the steak in this marinade, roll it on all sides. Remove the meat from the marinade and place on a prepared baking sheet, place under the grill for 6 minutes, then turn over and fry for another 6 minutes. Transfer the meat to the plank, let it rest for about 5 minutes. And then cut the steak across the board with slices.
  3. While the steak is resting, pour the remaining marinade into a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour this sauce over the meat and serve immediately.
