Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Frozen Peas – 240 Grams
  • Beef Steak – 2 Pieces
  • Shallots – 1 Piece
  • Potatoes – 2 Pieces
  • Butter – 30 Grams
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Vinegar – 1 Teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise – 33 Grams
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Olive oil – 2.5 Tbsp spoons
  • Beef broth – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. First prepare the potatoes. Cut it into long slices. Place on a baking sheet with foil. Add 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of oil, salt and pepper. Bake the potatoes for 15-18 minutes at 220 degrees in the oven.
  2. Prepare the marinade. Chop the garlic and onion finely. Add broth, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of oil to them. Spread the marinade on the meat and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. For now, purée. Boil the peas for 4.5 minutes in boiling water. Then crush it with salt, pepper, vinegar, half oil and 2 tbsp of water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet. Fry the steak on both sides for 4 minutes, pouring the juice over the meat.
  5. Prepare the sauce. Heat the remaining marinade with 50 ml of water for 1 minute over low heat. Add oil, salt and pepper at the end.
  6. Serve the steak with sauce. And also complement with pea puree and potatoes.
