Steamed Asparagus

Ingredients

  • Asparagus – 0.5 Kilogram
  • Water – To taste

Directions

  1. We wash the asparagus thoroughly and then peel it. If it’s too big, cut it in half. Pour water into a saucepan (level 2.5-3 cm). Place a steaming net on top.
  2. Place the asparagus in a bowl, cover with a lid. Put the pot on the fire.
  3. Asparagus is cooked for 5-6 minutes until soft and bright green.
