- 1 lime (s), untreated
- 1 shot syrup (elderflower syrup) B. at IKEA
- 2 stalks mint, fresh
- Ice, crushed
- Prosecco

- Mash 1 quartered lime with elderflower syrup in a long drink glass, lightly mash 2 stalks of fresh mint in the glass, add ice (smash ice cubes with a beater in a towel) and pour Prosecco on top.
