Ingredients

  • 300 g butter
  • 500 g oat flakes, crunchy
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 300 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (slightly heaped )

Instructions

  1. Bring the butter to the boil until it foams. Add the oatmeal, stir in and let cool.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl for about 8 minutes until frothy. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in briefly. Add this to the fat and oatmeal mixture and fold in with a wooden spoon. Using 2 teaspoons of the oatmeal mixture, place small heaps on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 150 ° C, gas: level 2) for about 20 minutes. Then let it cool down.
