Stew of Cabbage, Sausage and Beans in Sour Cream Sauce
by Editorial Staff
A stew of white cabbage and cauliflower, sausage, and beans in sour cream sauce is a simple hearty dish for lunch or dinner. It will take a minimum of time to prepare such a stew if you boil the beans in advance. Try to cook.
Servings: 6
Ingredients
White cabbage (young) – 400 g
Cauliflower – 400 g
Beans – 200 g
Smoked sausage – 300 g
Sour cream – 200 g
Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
Fresh parsley – 2-3 sprigs
Fresh dill – 2-3 branches
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
I use young white cabbage. If you have old-crop cabbage, boil it separately from the cauliflower for 15 minutes.
Soak the beans in clean cold water for at least 6 hours. Then we change the water and boil the beans until tender for an hour. We put the beans in a colander.
Coarsely chop the white cabbage.
We disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences.
Fill two types of cabbage with water and cook for 5-7 minutes after boiling. We discard the cabbage in a colander and let the water drain.
Cut the sausage into large cubes.
Put two types of cabbage, beans, and sausage in a cauldron. Salt, pepper. Pour 300 ml of water over cabbage with beans and sausage and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
We mix flour, sour cream, and 3-5 tbsp of water.
Add sour cream sauce to cabbage, sausage, and beans stew, stir and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Finely chop parsley and dill.
Pour greens into a saucepan with stew in sour cream sauce, bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
Serve stew of cabbage, sausage, and beans in sour cream sauce hot.
Enjoy your meal!
