Stewed Chicken with Vegetables

If there is a dish that everyone can enjoy, it is without a doubt a stew with vegetables. Therefore, I decided to post here a simple recipe for stewed chicken with vegetables.

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 500 Grams (both fillets and other parts are possible)
  • Onions – 2 Pieces
  • Carrots – 400 Grams
  • Salt – To taste
  • Spices – To taste
  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Greens – To taste (dill, parsley, cilantro, to taste)

Directions

  1. We wash the chicken, chop it into several pieces. Wipe each piece with salt, then spices to taste. Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil, put it on low heat and pour the chicken into the pan.
  2. When the chicken acquires a golden color, add finely chopped (rings or cubes) onion to the pan. Stir.
  3. Now we clean and finely grate the carrots. Add to the pan, stir.
  4. After a few minutes, pour everything into the pan, fill the pan with water so that it covers the whole chicken. We follow the process, and when the chicken is ready, it can already be served.
