- 4 stewed cucumber (s)
- 4 large onion (s)
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 100 g bacon, mixed
- some oil
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- vinegar
- possibly Maggi

- Peel and quarter the stewed cucumbers and slice them into fine slices. Peel the onions and cut into strips. Dice the bacon.
- Fry the bacon in a little oil, add the minced meat and fry as well. Add the onions and sauté gently, then add the cucumbers. Add the spices and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. The cucumbers give off plenty of water, no extra liquid has to be added.
- Finally, if necessary, season again with the spices. Boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes go well with it.
