  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 250 ml cremefine
  • 250 g salmon fillet (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into small pieces and sauté in the hot fat until translucent. Add the diced salmon and fry. Peel and core the cucumber, cut into small pieces and add to the fish. Let everything simmer on a low flame. Pour on the cooking cream. Season with salt, pepper and chopped dill.
  2. Variation: Instead of fresh salmon, prepare with smoked salmon or ham.
  3. Goes super fast and tastes delicious.
