Stewed Fish with Tomatoes Ingredients

  • Fillet of white fish – 1 kg
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Dried parsley – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – 200 ml

Stewed Fish with Tomatoes Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and tomatoes.
  2. In heated olive oil, fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and parsley, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Put the fish, cut into portions, add salt and pepper, add water and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the fish is ready.
