Stewed Fruit with Spices

Add some spices to the stewed fruit (dried fruit compote) – you get a wonderful taste and aroma!

- Rinse dried fruits and cover with water (1-1.5 l). Bring to a boil, cook for 30-40 minutes. Then let the dried fruit bead brew for 2-3 hours.
- Peel and chop the ginger root.
- Pour 100 ml of water over the ginger, star anise, cloves and allspice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Then strain.
- Dissolve honey in fragrant water.
- Strain the stewed fruit, pour in a sweet aromatic infusion. Stir and cool.
- A stewed fruit of dried fruits with spices is ready. Bon Appetit!
