Ingredients

  • some oil
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled sugar
  • 500 g white cabbae, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon, level paprika powder

Instructions

  1. First roast the finely chopped onion in a little oil. Then stir in the sugar and let it caramelize.
  2. Add the cabbage and deglaze with vinegar and vegetable stock. Mix everything well, season with salt and caraway seeds, cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Then stir in the tomato paste and paprika powder well and cook for another 10 minutes. If necessary, season with salt or a little vinegar.
