Ingredients

  • 4 slices meat loaf (150 g each)
  • 400 g sauerkraut
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 slices bread (wholemeal bread)
  • 3 teaspoons mustard, hotter
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 8 pickles (160 g)
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and brown the meat loaf in it. Take out and keep warm. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and stir-fry the sauerkraut with caraway seeds for 10-20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread mustard on wholemeal bread, spread half of the sauerkraut on top, place the meat loaf on top and cover with the remaining sauerkraut. Fry 4 fried eggs in a pan and place on the bread. Serve with pickles.
