Instructions

  1. Cut the cleaned strawberries into small pieces, add the blueberries and lingonberries and puree them, add them to a large saucepan with sugar and lemon juice and let stand for about 20 minutes until the fruit has pulled juice and the sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil.
  2. Let simmer for four minutes while stirring. Possibly add rum shortly before the end of the cooking time.
  3. Make a gel test on a plate.
  4. Then immediately pour the jam into jars that have been rinsed with hot water and close.
  5. I used frozen lingonberries and blueberries.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
