Strawberries in White Wine and Lemon Juice

• 400 g strawberries, if you can et: wild strawberries
• 3 tablespoon sugar
• 0.5 ½ lemon (s), unsprayed
• 0.25 liter ¼ white wine, drier

Instructions

1. Wash the strawberries quickly, then clean, cut a little smaller and sprinkle with sugar. Thinly rub a little zest from half a lemon and squeeze out the juice.
2. Pour lemon juice and white wine over the strawberries, add the grated lemon zest and mix everything well. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
3. Then just enjoy!
