Strawberries with Mozzarella and Basil

Ingredients

500 g strawberries, fully ripe
3 scoops mozzarella
1 bunch fresh basil
Salt and pepper, from the mill
some lettuce leaves to serve
5 tablespoon vinegar (strawberry balsamic vinegar)
5 tablespoon argan oil

Instructions

A starter that is as unusual as it is tasty!
Wash and quarter the strawberries, cut the mozzarella into cubes. Pluck the basil leaves. Spread the washed lettuce leaves on a platter or a large plate, decorate with the strawberries and mozzarella cubes.
Mix strawberry balsamic vinegar, argan oil and a little salt into a dressing and spread on the salad. Spread the basil leaves on top and finally grind the whole thing over with coarse black pepper.
There is also fresh baguette or ciabatta bread.
Tip: You can of course also use other types of vinegar or oil as an alternative. Almond, hazelnut or walnut oil is also suitable, or white balsamic vinegar instead of strawberry vinegar.
