Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 250 g quark
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 150 g cream, whipped
- Chocolate flakes for decorating

- Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut into cubes. Mix with sugar and lemon juice.
- Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar, fold in the whipped cream. Layer quark and strawberries in 5 glasses each and then decorate with chocolate flakes.
