Instructions

1. Thaw the strawberries a little. They should still be very cold, but no longer hard. Puree with the banana.
2. Pour the quark into a dessert bowl and pour the fruit puree over it, but do not mix. When consuming, everyone can decide for themselves whether to mix the quark with the puree. But it looks nicer for serving when it is simply placed on top of the quark.
