Ingredients
- 700 g strawberries
- 300 g banana (s)
- 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1
- 1 teaspoon, leveled citric acid

- Chop the strawberries and banana. Let everything rest together with the preserving sugar and citric acid for approx. 4 hours. Then boil for about 4 minutes, make a gelling test and fill into glasses and immediately close and turn upside down. Turn over after 10-15 min and allow to cool.
