Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries, ripe and sweet
  • 1 handful fresh basil (only the leaves), approx. 5g
  • 1 pinch vanilla, real, ground
  • 200 g soy yohurt (yohurt alternative), natural
  • 150 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • possibly raw cane sugar, agave syrup or white stevia powder

For decoration:

  • 2 small strawberries, ripe and sweet
  • 2 basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the greens. Wash the basil too and shake it dry.
  2. First put the strawberries with the basil in the blender and puree them finely. Finally add the remaining ingredients and mix everything into a creamy shake.
  3. If you like it sweet, you can sweeten the shake as you like.
  4. Divide the shake between 2 glasses and garnish with the strawberries and basil.
