Strawberry and Kefir Cocktail

I used to always make cocktails with milk. But one day I forgot to buy milk. Despite this, I found a way out of the situation and made a kefir cocktail. I was pleased with the result and I hasten to share with you the recipe for making a cocktail.
Ingredients
- Kefir – 500 ml
- Strawberries – 200 grams
- Sugar to taste
- Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
- Parsley – a few twigs (small bunch)
Directions
- Pour kefir into the blender bowl.
- Add washed and peeled strawberries.
- Add washed parsley.
- Season with sugar and vanilla. Add ice cubes to your strawberry cocktail if you wish.
- Beat until airy foam forms, about 5 minutes. The strawberry cocktail is ready.
