Ingredients
- 300 ml kefir, (homemade or bought)
- 40 g oatmeal
- 50 ml milk
- 140 g strawberries, frozen (approx. 10-12)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Put all of the above ingredients in a tall container and mix with the hand blender. Arrange in a suitable glass.
- The shake should be served as soon as possible, otherwise the oat flakes will swell. The shake can also be made with any other fruit or without oatmeal as a kind of milkshake.
